Product Description
Acrylic needle-punched felt, whose chemical name is polyacrylonitrile, is made into felt by needle-punching method using it as a raw material, and then undergoes a special water repellent treatment to obtain an acrylic medium-temperature hydrolysis-resistant needle-punched filter felt.
Application
It has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and is widely used in the collection and filtration of flue gas in asphalt production, dryers, coal grinding, and power plant sintering machines.
Advantage
The air permeability is 14m3/㎡min@200Pa. Instant working temperature: 140℃, normal working 120℃. Needle-punched felt uses acrylic woven fabric as the base fabric to enhance vertical and horizontal strength.
